Training Administrator

Working Pattern: Full Time (Tuesday to Saturday)

About the Role:
As a Training Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for training sessions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
- Answering enquiries via email and telephone promptly and professionally.
- Booking appointments for trainers, effectively managing schedules and resources.
- Serving as the liaison between clients and customers to ensure clear communication.
- Helping customers understand their bookings and addressing any follow-up questions.
Working Hours:
This full-time position requires you to work Tuesday to Saturday, with hours from 9 am to
5.30 pm (Tuesday to Friday) and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday. For the right candidate, there is flexibility for a shorter working day, allowing for a 3 pm or 4 pm finish.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
- Possesses strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Is a confident administrator capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Is IT literate and eager to learn internal software and booking systems.
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
