About the Role
As Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll be a crucial part of our Operations department. You'll support key areas like Health & Safety, HR, Finance, Quality, Logistics, and Project Management, helping ensure smooth operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll be the backbone of administrative tasks in a collaborative and exciting work environment. This role requires a reliable presence in the office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Craft high-quality presentations and documentation.
- Capture notes and actionable items during meetings.
- Maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor procedures, update trackers, and assist in audits to ensure quality control.
- Manage team schedules and arrange meetings efficiently.
Essential Skills:
- Solid administrative background with office experience.
- Strong skills in creating presentations and drafting clear, concise documents.
- Excellent note-taking and action tracking during meetings.
- Exceptional proofreading and attention to detail.
- Organisational skills, with experience arranging meetings and managing logistics.
- A true team player with a proactive, hardworking attitude.
- Top-notch communication and organisational abilities.
- Flexibility and punctuality, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
