HOURLY RATE: £12.64 - £13.05 P/H


HOURS: Full or part time, flexible on hours and working day

We are seeking a Temporary School Administrator to join a friendly and welcoming team, who are very passionate about providing the best support to their students. This is initially a temporary position for a minimum 6 - 8 weeks however, there may be a permanent opportunity available for the right candidate.


The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. You will work closely with various departments and update student records. This is initially a temporary position; therefore, you must be available immediately and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of school communications to parents/guardians.

  • Maintain and update student records, ensuring they reflect the current status.

  • Provide administrative support to various school departments.

  • Handle enquiries from parents, students, and staff.

  • Organise and maintain filing systems.

  • Assist with the coordination of school events and activities.

  • Prepare reports and documents as required.


KEY SKILLS:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive data.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
