What you'll do:



  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or person

  • Manage the flow of visitors and ensure they are attended to promptly

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing mail and scheduling appointments

  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned


What you'll bring:



  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
