JOB TITLE: Temporary Part Time Commercial Administrator


LOCATION: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater (Remote working however travel to site is required for initial training and monthly team meetings)


SALARY: £30,000 PA (Pro Rata - £12,000 PA)


HOURS: 8am - 5pm, initially 2 days per week, possibly increasing to 3

We are seeking a Temporary Part Time Commercial Administrator to join our clients longstanding team, joining one of the largest projects in Europe. This role involves working closely with the cost manager and payroll team, with a focus on data entry, running reports and analysing/manipulating data. The ideal candidate must have high attention to detail, a keen eye for figures, strong IT skills, and be self-sufficient. This role is initially being offered on a temporary on-going basis however for the right candidate it has the potential to become permanent with more responsibility.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Data entry and running reports

  • Working closely with the cost manager and payroll team

  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

  • Utilising MS Office and SharePoint

  • Interrogating data and writing formulae in Excel

  • Reviewing existing formulae and challenging results if necessary


KEY SKILLS:



  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint

  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and formula writing

  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision

  • Comfortable challenging outcomes that deviate from expected norms

  • Experience with GANE or similar Time & Attendance software (preferred but not essential)
