Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 3.30pm finish on Fridays



We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our client's dynamic team in the entertainment industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide support to customers worldwide. Responsibilities:



  • Handle technical phone calls and emails from customers across the globe.

  • Assist customers with warranty claims, ensuring efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage stock and rotation in the warehouse, ensuring all products are compliant with regulations.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in technical customer service is essential.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.

  • A huge interest in technology and electronic entertainment systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
