The salary is based on a yearly salary of £38,000 to £43,000!!!!


🏢 Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking a skilled Team Organiser to join their team on a temporary basis. As the Team Organiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination within the organisation.



📅 Your responsibilities will include:



  • Diary management: Efficiently managing calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior members of the team.

  • Event and conference organisation: Coordinating and managing the logistics of internal and external events, conferences, and workshops.

  • Meeting organisation: Organising and scheduling both internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

  • Administrative and PA duties: Providing general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.



🔑 To excel in this role, you should have:



  • Proven experience in diary management, event organisation, and meeting coordination

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

  • The ability to multitask and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive and confident approach when faced with new challenges
