What You'll Do: As Team Administrator, you will be the backbone of our commercial agency team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Handling Enquiries: Manage incoming commercial property inquiries and efficiently record them in our database.

  • Database Management: Upload property details to our system (Agency Pilot - training will be provided!) and create engaging details to send out to clients.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general admin support to the sales team, helping them achieve their goals.

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Audio Typing: Occasionally assist with audio typing of reports and letters, showcasing your attention to detail.

  • Tech Savvy: Utilise your skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a bonus for experience in PowerPoint or Canva!



What We're Looking For:



  • Previous experience in a similar role - ideally in the property sector

  • Organisational Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.

  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using databases and Microsoft Office applications; training will be provided for specific software.

  • Positive Attitude: A cheerful, can-do spirit that enhances team morale and client interactions.
