Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Gatwick Area
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm, 1 Saturday shift per month (4 hours)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Please note that a valid driving licence is required for this role, as it entails moving vehicles.
Our client, a well-established organisation in their trade, is seeking a dedicated and organised Service Administrator to join their team. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with customers regarding completed work on vehicles, processing all administration, and handling warranty and contract claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Complete and process all necessary administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining records and documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work in progress.
- Handle warranty and contract claims efficiently, following appropriate protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy in pricing and billing information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service administration role or similar capacity within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all administrative processes are completed thoroughly.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite and database management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
