Contract Details: Temporary


Salary: £13.15 per hour


Start Date: Monday 18th November (must be able to interview immediately)


End Date: 8-12 weeks (On-going assignment)

Responsibilities:



  • Welcoming guests and visitors to the organisation

  • Creating passes for guests to access other floors or companies

  • Alerting companies of their guests arriving in reception

  • Accepting post and deliveries

  • Keeping front of house areas presentable at all times

  • Handling all guests queries

  • Support with adhoc projects for the workplace team

  • Some requirement to cover the Wimbledon office



Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Friendly and professional demeanour

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure


Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Previous experience in front of house or reception role

  • Knowledge of relevant software and systems


Technologies:



  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Digital signage systems
