We are currently seeking a Quality System & Data Report Manager to join our client's team in Ashford. As the Quality System & Data Report Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to drive efficiencies and continuously improve processes within the organisation.

Job Title: Quality System & Data Report Manager


Location: Ashford, Kent. Your own transport is required for very occasional holiday/sickness cover in Dover and Tenterden.


Salary: £30,000


Hybrid: 12 days working from home per year, subject to Manager agreement, ensuring the offices can remain open for customers.


Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00. Flexible working pattern to be discussed.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain QMS documentation, ensuring the quality data collection and reporting system is up to date.

  • Perform QMS audits and provide training to ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.

  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Act as an ambassador for quality processes, educating and advising staff at all levels to gain their buy-in.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of trust and integrity.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with teams within the organisation and relevant key contacts.

  • Carry out all duties in accordance with external legislation, regulations, and organisation policies and processes.

  • Support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience by delivering ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

  • Attend whole team meetings and be flexible with working hours to accommodate company events.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quality management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and advise staff.

  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to perform audits and prepare comprehensive audit reports.

  • Strong organisational skills to develop and maintain QMS documentation.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key contacts and teams.

  • Flexible working hours, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
