Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in the construction and real estate industry? Our client is looking for a dedicated QA to join their dynamic team on a temporary contract on the beautiful Isle of Grain, Medway.

What You'll Do:


As the QA & QC Site Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality excellence throughout project execution. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Quality Planning: Develop and maintain site-specific quality assurance and quality control plans.

  • Inspection & Testing: Supervise and conduct inspections and tests for materials, equipment, and processes to ensure they meet project requirements.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO 9001 and BS 7671, as well as other relevant codes.

  • Documentation Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date quality records, reports, and certification documentation.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues and enhance processes.

  • Training & Mentorship: Provide training to site personnel on quality standards and procedures.

  • Problem Resolution: Investigate non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Safety Integration: Align quality processes with health and safety standards, contributing to a safe working environment.


What You'll Need:


To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:



  • Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within Construction

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (ISO 9001, BS 7671, etc.).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and systematic problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting tools.
