As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Swanley (Rural location so driving is essential)
START: ASAP
SALARY: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
TERM: Temporary
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)

The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
- Support the project manager in tracking project costs and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for streamlining and implementing best practises.
- Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and participate in post-project reviews.
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
- Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
- Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
