As a Performance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to assess performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

🕒 Contract Details

• Contract Type: Temporary


• Working Pattern: Full Time, 40 hours a week, Office based


• Hourly Rate: £14-15

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement 📈


• Collaborate with teams to set performance benchmarks and goals 🎯


• Prepare insightful reports that guide decision-making 📊


• Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives 🤝


• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practises for performance enhancement 📚

🎯 Who You Are

• A proactive individual with a passion for performance management.


• Strong technical skills with an incredible eye for detail.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.


• Previous experience in performance or a similar role is a plus!
