Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry? We're on the lookout for two dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionists / Administrators to join our client in Winnersh! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the first point of contact, this might be the perfect role for you!
This role will be for 2 receptionists to job share the role. You will work morning or afternoon and then swap for the following week on a fortnightly rota. You will also be required to cover one anothers holiday. Hours will be 8am to 1pm or 12:30pm to 5:30pm, you will need to be flexible to do both shifts.

β¨ What You'll Do:
Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly approach π
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner π
Manage administrative tasks, including filing and data entry π
Support the team with scheduling and coordinating meetings π
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area π§Ή
π€ What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus!
