Job Title: Part Time Studio Receptionist


Location: Spitalfields, London (Just a 3-minute walk from Aldgate East station or Liverpool street!)


Contract Details: Permanent, Part Time (15 - 22.5 hours per week, Tuesday t Thursday)


Salary: Up to £27,000 (pro-rata £10,803- £16,205)

Responsibilities:



  • Manage general office administration, including correspondence and supplies

  • Handle phone and email inquiries in a warm and professional manner

  • Assist with financial tasks such as drafting invoices and tracking expenses

  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars

  • Support HR tasks, including onboarding new employees

  • Help with marketing and social media updates when needed

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office


Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively


Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • A keen interest in architecture, design, or related creative fields

  • Experience with HR and finance administration


Technologies:



  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with social media platforms
