- Contract Type: Temporary (3 weeks)
- Start Date: Mid April 2025
- Hours: 9 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday
- Hourly Rate: £14.50 - £16.50
What You'll Do:
As our Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while supporting the team during a temporary leave. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the point of contact while our colleague is away
- Monitoring and responding to 10-15 emails per day
- Assisting with general office queries
- Greeting visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Handling various administrative tasks to support the office
