Responsibilities:
- Office management: Handling various administrative tasks such as diary management, office supplies, and visitor access.
- Invoicing: Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring accuracy.
- Statement reconciliation: Matching bank and credit card statements with supplier invoices.
- Payments: Checking supplier invoices and ensuring timely payment.
- Health & Safety: Assisting with annual H&S risk assessment and raising day-to-day issues with the serviced office.
- Events management: Supporting marketing colleagues in arranging events and working with venues. In addition to supporting the CEO, as the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience within an Office Management role is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
- You are an effective communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Your flexible approach allows you to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Your ability to prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality will be essential, as will your proficiency in MS Office suite.
