Office Angels are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our client ASAP on a part time basis.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.

  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

  • Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
