Bookings Coordinator


Manchester City Centre


ASAP - Ongoing (No end date)


Part Time Hours - between 15-26 hours per week


Monday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm


Saturday: 10am - 4pm


Hybrid Working (after training)


£11.80-£12.30



(For students, you must have a permanent residence in Greater Manchester as you would be required to work throughout holiday periods).

With a growing demand for their services, they are expanding their team and want to hire talented & motivated individuals who wish to learn and grow.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and schedule bookings based on client requirements and availability.

  • Communicate with clients to confirm booking details and address any queries or concerns.

  • Build strong relationships with internal colleagues and other departments

  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure accurate and timely updates regarding bookings.

  • Maintain a record of bookings and generate reports as required.

  • Provide best in class service to all customers and colleagues

  • Continuously strive to improve booking processes and identify areas for optimisation.


Requirements:



  • A proven track record in inbound/outbound bookings or sales.

  • Strong order processing and systems skills

  • Excellent organisational abilities, with the ability to prioritise

  • Fantastic interpersonal, customer service & communication skills (written and verbal)

  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and across departments

  • Adaptable with the ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Confident and calm and able to build rapport easily with customers

  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly while paying attention to detail
