About the Role


This position plays a key role in supporting daily office functions and maintaining efficient administrative processes during a dynamic and exciting project phase. The successful candidate will be instrumental in keeping the team organised and operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities




  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organised workspace 🗂️




  • Coordinate meeting schedules and manage calendars 📅




  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence 📧




  • Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and team support 📄




  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory 🛒




  • Prepare reports and presentations to support project objectives 📊




Ideal Candidate Profile




  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role




  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills




  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common business software
