Location: Conveniently situated just a 6-minute walk from Chancery Lane train station, our office is easily accessible for your commute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to keep the workplace running smoothly.
- Answer direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- organise and schedule appointments, set up meetings, and coordinate group travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate office correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Maintain office filing systems (both electronic and paper-based) for easy access and organisation.
- Support with general administrative tasks as required, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Keep the office environment clean, organised, and well-maintained. 🧹
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and updating personnel records.
- Help plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities. 🎉
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that shine in any interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to get the job done efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. ⏰
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to tackle challenges.

Education:
- GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Maths).
- A-levels or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Additional certifications in office administration or business support are a plus!
