As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Marketing & Digital Manager to elevate their marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analytics: utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using data to inform decision-making.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in leading and developing a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
