Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for events? Our client is looking for a Marketing Administrator to support their Events & Partnerships team on a temporary basis for one month, with the potential for extension.



Contract Details:



  • Contract Type: Temporary

  • Hourly Rate: Β£13.85ph

  • Contract Length: 1 Month (potential to be extended)

  • Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Hybrid)

  • Start Date: ASAP



Your Role:
As a vital member of our team, you'll assist in the coordination of our flagship event. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be key in delivering outstanding event experiences!


Key Responsibilities:



  • πŸ“§ Manage attendee communication and RSVP tracking.

  • πŸ“ Prepare event materials: badges, guest lists, signage, and more!

  • πŸŽ‰ Coordinate logistics for events, including on-site setup and pack down.

  • πŸ“¦ Organise courier services for event materials.

  • πŸ“Š Maintain databases and spreadsheets for registrations and attendee lists.

  • 🀝 Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects.


What We're Looking For:



  • Previous experience in event coordination/management, ideally in a marketing or non-profit setting.

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom).


Desirable Attributes:



  • Creative design skills and copywriting experience.

  • A flexible attitude to adapt to changing priorities.
