JOB TITLE: Legal Administrator

Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join their team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support to their team.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including reception duties, EA duties, and general administrative duties. Your main responsibilities will include:
Reception Duties:
- Answering all incoming calls on a small switchboard
- Greeting clients and announcing them to the appropriate person
- Preparing refreshments for clients on arrival and for meetings
- Handling post and photocopying
- Filing and archiving documents, including collection and retrieval of files
- Assisting with typing duties
- Managing stationery and office supplies
- Controlling kitchen supplies
- Undertaking various ad hoc duties as required
EA Duties:
- Audio typing dictated letters
- Diary management, including setting up meetings and arranging travel
- Following up on emails and correspondence
- Managing expenses records
- Liaising with clients on behalf of the executive
- Organising corporate events and functions
- Keeping WIP (Work in Progress) up to date and detailed
- Undertaking various ad hoc duties as necessary
Administrative Duties:
- Preparing and amending marketing literature
- Recording and filing all company documentation
- Assisting with engagement letters and filing
- Maintaining organisation within networked and computerised drives
- Managing archiving
- Organising client parties and events
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and filing
- Scheduling and controlling expenses and petty cash
- Collecting cash and banking cheques
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as required

Previous apprentices within our client's organisation have successfully completed further professional Secretarial courses and secured positions with well-known firms in various roles, such as EA's, Team Leaders, HR Assistants, and Admin/Office Managers in smaller firms.
