Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor


Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham (hybrid working)


Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent, Full time


Hourly rate: £12.54 per hour

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will:



  • Manage and progress the sales pipeline to close leads.

  • Collaborate with the team to handle the sales inbox and respond to enquiries.

  • Save cancellations and renew customer contracts.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Answer inbound sales calls as required.

  • Ensure customer interactions align with company policies.


Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Proven sales or customer service experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
