Job Title: Insurance Consultant
Location: Taunton, Somerset
Salary: Up to £40,000 PA
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role:
As an Insurance Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and advice to clients, supporting your team to meet retention and income targets, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll act as a deputy to the Operations Manager, providing coaching, guidance, and hands-on support to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding client service and advice
- Support and coach team members to achieve KPIs and professional growth
- Monitor workflow and productivity, ensuring high standards are met
- Champion a culture of fairness, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Handle complex insurance queries and referrals with confidence and expertise

- CII Certificate in Insurance
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Organised, proactive, and quality-driven
- Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
