Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £32k to £35k


Benefits: 23 days holiday plus BH and birthday, pension, social events, hybrid option and parking!


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm


Hybrid: 1 day a week working from home

We're a vibrant and innovative company looking for an energetic, charismatic HR Admin & Recruitment Specialist to help continue to build an amazing workplace culture. If you're someone who loves engaging with people, has a knack for recruitment, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you!


In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure you are building a strong team that aligns with the company values and culture. From managing the end-to-end recruitment process to handling all HR administration.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Recruitment:


    • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various role

    • Manage job postings across multiple platforms

    • Coordinate the interview process

    • Extend offers with selected candidates

    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires


  • HR Support:


    • Producing staff contracts

    • Assist in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies

    • Coordinate employee benefits administration

    • Support with staff performance management

    • Assist with training and development initiatives.

    • Help maintain compliance with labour laws and regulations

    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed




Requirements:



  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally also HR

  • Charismatic, energetic, and approachable

  • A natural communicator with a knack for building relationships both internally and externally.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
