Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours)

Are you a passionate HR professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. With a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's employee experience!
What You'll Do:
As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with line managers and employees, providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people management. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and appeals in partnership with line managers. Provide advice on individual employee relations cases to ensure fair treatment.
- Performance Management: Support managers on performance issues, including probations, absence, and conduct. Assist in the design and implementation of the performance development review process.
- Health & Well-being: Contribute to strategies promoting employee health and well-being, and liaise with Occupational Health as required.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with the Resourcing & Talent Coordinator to oversee recruitment strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the HR Information System, providing essential data and reports to the management team, including monthly sickness and absence reports.
- Policy Implementation: Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK Employment Law and GDPR.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Training and coaching experience, with the ability to conduct training sessions for managers and aspiring leaders.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, along with familiarity in data reporting and analysis.
- Experience with performance development reviews and a thorough grasp of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- A proactive approach to addressing ad hoc HR queries and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
