Contract Details:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (First week: 9am - 4pm)


• Location: Just a 4-minute walk from Lambeth North train station 🚉


• Pay Rate: £15 - £16 per hour (dependent on experience) 💰

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage housing repairs and ensure timely resolutions 🛠️


• Oversee an apprentice, guiding them in day-to-day operations 📚


• Provide excellent support to residents and staff alike 🤝


• Maintain accurate records and documentation 📄

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in housing is essential 🏠


• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour


• Ability to work effectively in a fully office-based environment


• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork 👫
