Job Title: Floor Champion


Length of Assignment: On-going


Hours: 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday


Pay: 12.50 per hour.

The floor champion will be responsible for providing a 5-star experience to our clients. The role encompasses a range of office operations, front of house and office service tasks. As part of successful team, you will be required to support all clients across a fast- paced legal firm caring out a variety of admin tasks. Flexibility, attention to detail are key factors, work under pressure whilst offering dedication and accuracy.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


The tasks that the floor champion are directly responsible for include, but are not limited to:




  • Floor walks - Observation checks and fault reporting

  • Meet and greet, first point of contact.

  • Assisting Events Team - Name Tent / Name Badges / Other

  • Support Guest services - Booking Taxis for guests and colleagues.

  • Room clearance, office moves, meeting Room checks.

  • Managing incoming post

  • Printing / Photocopy / Scanning

  • Refiling Stationery Points

  • Taking Calls - Internal

  • Other Admin Tasks Required




PERSON SPECIFICATION:


The ideal candidate will display knowledge and experience of the following:




  • Excellent English language and communication skills; confident and articulate in all communications, i.e. face-to-face, telephone and written.

  • Ability to cope with varying workloads and flexible to out-of-hours demands.

  • People management skills at all levels.

  • Applicants must be computer literate and experienced with standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Vision). Experience of desktop publishing applications and Microsoft packages.

  • To proactively fulfil the BA Role in all departments and assist all Practice Groups at all levels.



The successful candidate requires excellent communication skills, expected to be hands on, proactive and flexible.



All roles will be expected to undertake some manual handling duties within their physical capabilities.
