- Hybrid working pattern - 3 days in the office
- Flexible hours - core hours 10am to 4pm
- £38,000k-£42,000k plus excellent benefits package totalling over £45k.

Are you an experienced, organised, and tenacious individual looking to provide an exceptional PA service?
We have an exciting opportunity to support the Vice President/General Manager of this exciting well known household brand. Their vibrant office is just a short walk from Richmond train station.
What You'll Do:
Here, you will be the backbone of their office, supporting the VP in various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage the Vice President's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Communication Hub: Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Document Management: Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, meetings, and team-building activities that brings their culture to life!
- Budget Oversight: Help manage office budgets and keep track of expenses.
Who You Are:
They are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a proactive approach to their work. You should have:
- Experience: Previous experience in providing a strong PA service to senior members and office management, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well under pressure.
