📍 Excel-Savvy Temp - Sales Support | Full-Time Office Based (Shepherd's Bush)



Office Angels South West London are supporting a well-established lifestyle brand in their search for a Temporary Sales Support Assistant to join their team for a 12-week office-based role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly proficient in Excel and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.



🧩 The Role:
You'll be working closely with the Sales Planner, who will provide product lists in Excel. Your role will involve using internal systems to action stock movements based on these lists. As this is a brand-new role, some processes are still being developed - which means your ability to adapt to change, work with undefined processes and help identify gaps and improvements will be key to success.



Key Details:



  • 🕐 Full-time, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week in the office (Shepherd's Bush area)

  • 📆 12-week temporary contract

  • 💰 £15 per hour

  • 💻 Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data validation

  • ✅ Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not required



Key Responsibilities:



  • Reviewing product lists provided in Excel and processing stock movements in internal systems

  • Actioning and updating stock movement records in Excel

  • Working with large datasets and updating stock trackers accurately

  • Using VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF formulas, and conditional formatting daily

  • Creating or editing simple reports and supporting sales planning processes

  • Liaising with team members to ensure stock data is up-to-date and aligned with internal systems

  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and documentation

  • Supporting the sales planning function by keeping records current and reliable

  • Identifying inefficiencies or gaps in current workflows and contributing to better ways of working

  • Communicating effectively with the wider sales team as new processes are tested and rolled out

  • An Excel whizz - confident handling and interpreting data in spreadsheets

  • A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and shape emerging processes

  • Comfortable identifying and communicating areas for improvement

  • Highly adaptable, forward-thinking, and collaborative

  • Available for an immediate start and able to commit to the full 12-week contract, potentially longer
