Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate Freight:Manage and oversee the transportation of goods via road, air, and sea across the UK and EU, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

  • Customs Compliance:Ensure bulletproof customs compliance for all shipments, navigating the complexities of UK and EU regulations with ease.

  • Partner with 3PLs:Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to drive warehouse performance and accuracy, ensuring that inventory management and order fulfilment are top-notch.

  • optimise Logistics:Focus on reducing logistics costs, improving lead times, and enhancing operational efficiency to support our client's strategic goals.

  • Lead Logistics Coordinator:Take the reins by leading and supporting one Logistics Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Be the go-to person for both internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.

  • Performance Reporting:Track and report on key logistics metrics, utilising data to influence strategy and enhance overall performance.


Who You Are:



  • You are a logistics enthusiast with a passion for problem-solving and optimisation.

  • You possess a deep understanding of customs regulations and have experience in transportation.

  • Your leadership skills shine through as you guide your team and collaborate with partners.

  • You are data-driven and can translate metrics into actionable insights.


Desirables:



  • Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain

  • Certifications like APICS or CILT

  • Familiarity with logistics tech/tools
