Are you ready to kick-start your career in Accounts? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as an Accounts Administrator. What will you do as an Accounts Administrator?



  • You will work with spreadsheets, inputting and managing sensitive data with precision and accuracy. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of the financial records.

  • You will have the chance to interact with customers through email and telephone, providing exceptional service and support. Your friendly and professional demeanour will be key in building strong relationships with clients.

  • Filing and archiving paperwork will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all documents and records are organised and easily accessible for future reference.

  • You will also assist with ad hoc tasks, such as handling parking fines and receipts, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Data inputting on internal systems will be a core part of your role, contributing to the smooth operation of the organisation's financial processes.

  • Cross-referencing statements on our client's internal system will require your analytical skills, as you spot any discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.


What do we require from you?



  • Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role would be advantageous but is not essential. We are open to considering candidates with a strong interest in finance and a willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, is desired.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. You will be the point of contact for customers and colleagues, so your ability to express yourself clearly and professionally is crucial.
