Term Time Only - 39 weeks per year + 5 INSET days, plus additional 2 weeks to be worked during the summer holiday and paid on claim


Full Time Equivalent: Β£32,933 - Β£37,188 (actual salary based on working term time only Β£28,579 - Β£32,271)


Term Time Only - 39 weeks per year


8.30 - 4.30 Monday to Thursday | 8.30 - 4.00 Friday

Your key responsibilities fall into 3 main parts: Marketing, Fundraising and Alumni.




πŸ’‘ Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the organisation's educational offerings


πŸ’‘ Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and optimise programme delivery


πŸ’‘ Drive revenue generation through effective fundraising and partnership development strategies


πŸ’‘ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the organisation stays ahead of the curve


πŸ’‘ Lead a team of dedicated professionals, inspiring them to achieve their full potential


πŸ’‘ Fundraising will take various forms, including bid writing and campaign events.


πŸ’‘ Research and draft applications to trusts, funds, individuals, alumni etc


πŸ’‘ Build relationships with the local business community to support reputation, fundraising and careers.


πŸ’‘ Provide centralised control of PR, marketing activities, and alumni/fundraising activities such as database management, events and e-newsletters



Desired Qualifications and Skills:


πŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field


πŸ” Proven experience in managing education programmes or projects and bid writing


πŸ’Ό Strong leadership and interpersonal skills


πŸš€ Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities


πŸ’» Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
