Job Title: Data Administrator - initially a contract until end of January - SO YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
Location: Coalville (Hybrid: Office-based Monday to Wednesday, Remote Thursday and Friday)
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus Scheme

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Administrator professional to help maintain our master data file and support the team in ensuring the accuracy of key information. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Perform bulk uploads and manual data entry to maintain an accurate and up-to-date master file of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed. Liaise with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share and manage the workload in a supportive manner.
- Process Improvement: Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management, adhering to internal policies.
- Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines.
- Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
- Team Support: Offer backup support for team members during periods of absence.
What We're Looking For:
- A team player who is highly motivated and supportive of colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to challenge data inaccuracies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, especially when liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders.
- IT proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Adaptability: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
