10am - 6pm Monday to Friday


This award-winning luxury manufacturing business is seeking an individual to work closely with the dispatch team to assist clients with their orders.


This could be your next career move?


  • Create electronic manifests to provide essential information to shipping companies.

  • Coordinate and plan with internal sales and scheduling teams.

  • Obtain quotes for express shipments, optimizing both cost and service.

  • Stay updated on customs regulations and report any changes.

  • Support RF scanning and ensure timely shipping according to departmental plans.

  • Work collaboratively with a diverse and supportive team to achieve organisational excellence.



You will have the opportunity to use your following competencies in this role:


Self-motivated - being a natural self-starter you can seek out answers, be driven to obtain positive results, use your initiative and focus on your own workload within set time frames.


Organised - you can plan your day and week, prioritising important tasks, moving these around as and when required and keeping on top of your workload.


Good attention to detail - you can spot errors easily, you know when something 'doesn't look right', you present your work in a professional manner, and you will always check your output on a regular basis.


Teamwork - contributing to a team who offer over 50 years' experience combined, you can present ideas and have a confident input at small team meetings.


Is this you?

Preferably you will have some customer service experience in a manufacturing, wholesale or distribution environment or some sales administration experience although this is not essential as full training will be given. The desire to learn and develop your knowledge in this area is more important than experience!
