What You'll Do:


As a Customer Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

  • Answering queries via phone, email, and chat with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Assisting customers with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers, making their satisfaction your top priority.
