π About the Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in managing consumer accounts in arrears. Your responsibilities will include:
- π Proactively contacting customers in arrears via phone, email, or letter to recover missed payments on loans.
- π€ Negotiating and managing payment plans for customers unable to clear their arrears.
- πΌ Establishing repayment agreements with debt collection agencies and overseeing the recovery process.
- βοΈ Referring unpaid debts to legal advisory services as needed.
- π Preparing monthly debt reports for stakeholders and maintaining accurate records.
- π Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to enhance the credit-check system.
- π¬ Resolving any debt-related complaints with professionalism and care.
