Client Support Administrator
Location: Guildford - Central
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: Monday -Friday (9am -5pm) -Office based
Benefits: 31 holidays (including BH), Medical and Life insurance, Sick Pay, Pension scheme.

Join a successful financial services firm in the heart of Guildford as a Client Support Administrator. You will be the backbone of the client services team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client care.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone.
- Onboarding clients and conducting AML checks.
- Maintaining accurate client data across platforms.
- Managing incoming/outgoing post and correspondence.
- Reviewing clients' HMRC online accounts.
- Updating client trackers and preparing standard HMRC letters.
- Uploading tax returns to client portals.
- Preparing engagement letters and managing document workflows.
- Supporting Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners with ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Experience or prior experience working in financial services (desirable)
