Location: Central London - you can work mostly remote!!
Role Type: Permanent
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + BHs, pension scheme, private healthcare, benefits platform with discounted gym memberships, retail vouchers, etc.! Plus 5% annual bonus!! Excellent working environment with progression available and a very friendly and collaborative team!
Salary: £35,000 but increasing after 9 months to £37,500 and increasing after 15 months to £40,000 based on performance!
As a key player in the bonus team, you will be responsible for ensuring that bonus and commission payments are calculated accurately and processed promptly. Your role will involve:
- Timely Payments: Delivering bonus and commission payments by strict monthly deadlines.
- Data Analysis: Monthly calculations and processing of payments, resolving queries based on established practises.
- Insightful Reporting: Producing MI/League tables on revenue and bonus data to assist in strategic business decisions.
- Financial Modelling: Responding to ad-hoc requests and presenting outputs that help drive business profitability.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with various teams to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing enhancements to existing processes.
- Project Involvement: Participating in scheme reviews and providing detailed analysis as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Excel Skills: You MUST have advanced Excel skills (seriously - there is an Excel test in the interview process!)
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities to explain complex information diplomatically.
- Organisational Skills: An eye for detail and the ability to link daily activities to broader business goals.
- Financial Expertise: Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling is essential.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset to support team success and cover for colleagues when needed.
