Our client, a thriving organisation, is seeking a proactive and motivated Administrator to join their dynamic team. JOB TITLE: Administrator

CONTRACT: Permanent


SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000


In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our client's organisation. Your tasks will encompass a variety of administrative responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running of their operations. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:



  • Scanning and saving documents for easy retrieval and record-keeping.

  • Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and attending to inquiries.

  • Assisting in the organisation of inspections, coordinating schedules, and providing necessary support.

  • Effectively communicating with clients, ensuring prompt and accurate information dissemination.

  • Assisting in the creation of workbooks and reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ensuring efficient filing systems are in place and maintained regularly.

  • Lodging checks on the VOA (Valuation Office Agency) portal as required.

  • Providing proactive assistance to surveyors, ensuring they have the necessary support to carry out their work effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
