Location: South Bermondsey
Salary: up to £26k depending on experience
Hours: 9-5pm Monday - Friday, this role will be full time office based

Our client, a successful construction company is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrator to support their Repairs programme with scheduling and appointment management. If you have a knack for organisation, a flair for communication, and a passion for efficiency, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
- Liaising with Clients and Residents managing appointment schedules
- Update and maintain the client portal
- Allocate new orders to the appropriate trades, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Finalise project completions and validate them with the necessary documentation to ensure all processes are adhered to.
- Invoicing and account management
What were looking for:
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
- Previous administration experience is beneficial
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
