JOB TITLE: Sales Support Administrator
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £25,500
LOCATION: Bournemouth
CULTURE: Friendly and busy team
The role:
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the Sales team
- Providing outstanding customer service through telephone and email
- Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets on Excel
- Preparing documentation
- Placing service orders with subcontractors
- Assisting with quotes and issuing contracts
- Completing service amendments
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience within a fast paced role
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft office and excellent Excel skills
