JOB TITLE: Accounts Assistant
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £24,000 - £26,000
LOCATION: Poole
CULTURE: Friendly and close knit team
The role:
- Raising a high volume of sales invoices
- Assisting with accounts queries over telephone and email
- Loading receipts onto Sage
- Credit control
- Daily banking
- Updating excel s/sheets
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft office and accounting software
