Role Purpose:
This exciting role will help cover current absences and manage the increasing workload in the finance department. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with numbers, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Assistant, you will:



  • Upload monthly credit card statements for London and its branches. 📈

  • Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies.

  • Process and post out-of-pocket and credit card expense claims from various divisions.

  • Complete payments for expenses and vendors efficiently.

  • Allocate and reconcile expense claims against payments.

  • Chase and report any outstanding items to keep everything on track.

  • Assist with supplier invoice processing and address queries as needed.

  • Scan documentation into the system for easy access. 🗂️

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Treasury Manager.

Qualifications/Experience:



  • Essential: Good Level of GCSE Qualification.

  • Desirable: Previous accounting experience.

  • Desirable: Basic IT skills, particularly in Excel.



Technical Competencies:



  • Essential: Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

  • Desirable: Familiarity with Access Dimension accounting software.
