We are looking for some temporary receptionists works to fulfil ad hoc roles based in the West End

Key Responsibilities:





  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are aware of the fire assembly point.




  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.




  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.




  • Sorting and distributing post on a daily basis.




  • Preparing meeting rooms and providing refreshments during important internal and external meetings.




  • Organising meetings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.




  • Coordinating local and international courier services.




  • Assisting with end-of-day replenishment of milk, tea, coffee, and paper supplies.




  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as required.




  • Supporting the Facilities Manager in greeting and directing external contractors working within the organisation.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.




  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.




  • Proactive and able to work well under pressure.




  • Friendly and professional demeanour, consistently ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients.
