Our client, a professional, busy, and friendly organisation based in White City, is seeking a Temp Finance Administrator to support their Finance Department. πŸ’Ό Role: Temporary Finance Administrator


⌚ Hours: 9am - 5.30pm


πŸ’° Salary: Β£13.50 per hour


πŸ“ Location: White City


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Reconcile Website P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts on a daily basis

  • Handle Credit Card Deposits πŸ’³

  • Deal with credit card disputes and run the chargeback report daily to ensure timely appeals

  • Prepare Fraud Reporting and prevent fraudulent payments daily πŸš«πŸ’Έ

  • Ensure web payments are monitored and received promptly

  • Collaborate with customer service teams for Website Order Refunds

  • Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure smooth order/refund processes

  • Maintain digital financial records to Group standards

  • Support the development of Ecommerce P&L channel reporting

  • Assist the Finance team with any ad-hoc requirements

  • Support the development of the website by testing new processes for financial accuracy


To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • Previous SAP experience (advantageous but not essential)

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Great attention to detail ✨

  • Effective and confident communication skills with your team, customer service teams, and external agencies
