Job Title: Team Assistant

Location: Right on top of Liverpool Street! A 2 minute walk from the station!

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Start Date: In July! But can accommodate a notice period

As a Team Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting our client's teams to operate efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Open and close the office

  • Greet guests and manage meeting room bookings

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and arrange couriers

  • Assist the Office Manager and wider team with tasks and projects

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed

  • Provide basic IT assistance

Team PA:

  • Act as the first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls

  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements

  • Assist in organising events and conferences

  • Maintain databases and online filing systems

  • Provide administrative support to various teams

  • Liaise with internal staff, suppliers, and third parties

  • Manage expense reconciliation and filing

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast paced role

  • Sense of urgency and adaptability

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience as a SharePoint and Office 365 Administrator

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience working in the financial services sector

  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint and Office 365
